When notice of failure to comply is submitted to the Department by the school, the driver is sent a notice of proposed suspension. The driver must submit proof of compliance within 30 days in order to avoid suspension. Drivers who are revoked prior to July 1, 2019 as a result of Failure to Satisfy Fines/Costs/Taxes a Non-driving Criminal Offense may submit proof that the offense is on a payment plan or has been satisfied in full. If the Board, upon the recommendation of the CEO, makes a determination to fully or partially suspend Assistance or eligibility for Assistance, the CEO will notify the country, in writing, of such suspension.
